Job summary

Co-op Group in Perranporth is hiring for a part-time role to keep shelves stocked and support sales across a flexible mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts. You will engage with customers, lead a small team on your shift, and help drive the Co-op membership and local community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team on shift is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to different shift types and store needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes
• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth
