Job summary

Co-op Group in Perranporth is hiring for a part-time role to keep shelves stocked and support sales across a flexible mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts. You will engage with customers, lead a small team on your shift, and help drive the Co-op membership and local community initiatives.

The position offers permanent employment, 20-25 hours per week with regular overtime, 30% colleague discount, pension contributions, and access to your pay as you earn it. Training provided.

Location: 1 Boscawen Road , Perranporth, TR6 0EW

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 20-25 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: A mix of opening shifts, middle shifts, and closing shifts. At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend. We're happy to discuss your availability further at interview.
