Cardsdirect in Stevenage is seeking a part-time Store Assistant to lead the store team under the Store Manager, delivering outstanding customer service and helping maximise sales.

You will deputise in the Store & Deputy Managers absence, uphold high standards of merchandising, housekeeping and general safety, and ensure company policies are followed.

Weekend work is required; hours: 0–16 per week with flexible up to 30 hours at peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Set high standards of customer service and ensure the team delivers the same.
• Help maximise sales with ideas for improvements and report to Head Office.
• Supervise opening/closing and cashing up duties as required.
• Assist in recruitment and training of team members.
• Maintain stock display and prevent stock loss.
