Job summary

Cards Direct Stockport is seeking a part-time Store Associate to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales at the Merseyway Centre location. Weekend work is required and there is potential for flex hours up to 30 hours during peak periods.

You will help maintain visual merchandising, safety standards and efficient store operations while assisting in team development and daily sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and help the Store Manager effectively manage the store to maximise sales and exceed targets.
• Deliver outstanding personal customer service whilst helping motivate and develop the store team to do the same.
• Maintain the highest standards of merchandising, housekeeping and safety while adhering to company policies.
• Perform opening/closing and cashing up duties as required.
