Job summary

Cards Direct Preston is seeking a part-time Store Assistant to help lead the team, deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store merchandising to maximise sales. The role supports flexible hours and weekend work as needed, with responsibilities spanning customer care, stock presentation, and store operations.

• Excellent customer service and communication.

• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Set the highest possible standards of customer service and ensure all team members deliver the same.
• Provide a safe environment for staff and customers, adhering to Health And Safety policy.
• Work with the store manager to maximise sales and suggest improvements.
• In the manager's absence, prepare and submit all sales information to Head Office accurately and timely.
