You will own store KPIs, manage payroll and budgets, and ensure brand standards are upheld while fostering an inclusive, energetic work environment. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in management within fast-paced retail environments.
• Proven track record of achieving store KPIs and sales targets.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and team development skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and cash handling.
• Budget and payroll management experience.
