Job summary

Timberland, part of VF Corporation, is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Outlet Store in Braintree, Essex. You will bridge store management and sales associates, driving service and sales while maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates have hands-on leadership, strong English communication, and the ability to manage opening/closing duties, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Experience opening/closing a store and taking charge when needed.
• English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support management to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of service.
• Ensure store looks great and follows brand guidelines.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed; monitor KPIs.
