Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Hold keys and ensure security when required.
• Open/close till system.
• Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products and understand their needs.
• Manage stock by pair checking and stockroom organisation.
• Keep shop floor tidy and maintain store standards.
• Support management with sales targets.
• Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs.
• Assist in training and development in absence of senior management.
• Assist in planning promotional activities.
• Be a role model for our brand and adhere to uniform standards.
• Participate in training activities to become a confident brand ambassador.
• Support management during absences with weekly trade report and conference calls.
• Hold daily team briefs and set targets in absence of the manager.
