Job summary

Kurt Geiger is seeking a customer-focused retail team member for our dynamic UK store in Stretford. You will warmly welcome shoppers, guide them to products, and ensure a positive experience while upholding brand standards.

You will help manage stock, keep the shop floor tidy, and support leadership in daily operations. In this role, you will contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets, promote the Kurt Geiger loyalty program, and participate in training to become a confident brand

Qualifications

• Strong communicator and excellent customer service are essential.
• Previous retail experience is required or highly preferred.
• Interest and awareness of current fashion trends is important.
• Self-motivated and driven by sales targets.
• Capable of working well in a team and supporting management.
• Willing to participate in training and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Open/close till and manage store security in the absence of senior staff.
• Welcome customers and guide them to products to meet their needs.
• Manage stock, organise stockroom and maintain store standards.
• Assist in driving sales targets and promotions.
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and benefits to customers.
• Support with training and development when managers are away.
• Contribute to planning promotional activities and briefs.
