• Experience in fashion retail or luxury brands is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working to sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently outstanding customer service and guide customers to products.
• Open/close till and assist with stock handling and store standards.
• Welcome customers, understand needs and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain stockroom and shop floor tidiness, replenish as needed.
• Support promotions, training, and trade reporting in the absence of management.
