Job summary

Birkenstock is seeking an enthusiastic retail associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a high-quality store environment. You will represent the Birkenstock brand, assist customers with product knowledge, and maintain an inviting store presentation.

Responsibilities include cash register operations, handling exchanges or refunds, opening/closing duties, and ensuring policies are followed. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus, and a positive, approachable

Qualifications

• Initial professional experience in high-quality retail (shoe) contexts.
• Excellent customer service skills and pleasant personality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a successful customer experience with comprehensive and personal service.
• Convey value and quality of Birkenstock products as a brand ambassador.
• Operate cash register system and handle daily closings, exchanges or refunds accurately.
