Job summary

BIRKENSTOCK is seeking a store associate in London to deliver an exceptional customer experience, advise on products, and represent the brand with enthusiasm. You should have initial professional experience in high-quality shoe retail, enjoy interacting with people, and speak very good English. Other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an all-round successful customer experience through expertise and a friendly, open personality.
• Represent the Birkenstock brand and convey the value and quality of products to customers.
• Operate the cash register system and handle daily closings, exchanges, or refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Open and close the store and ensure all policies are adhered to.
• Maintain composure in hectic situations and keep a positive attitude.
• Present products attractively and in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage storage and replenish goods on the shop floor.
