Sainsbury's is looking for a proactive Trading Assistant to help keep shelves well stocked and inviting. You’ll learn product ranges, promotions, and store processes while delivering outstanding customer service.

In this role you’ll move between tasks in a busy store, support colleagues, and occasionally assist with deliveries. A positive, flexible attitude is essential to thrive with our team.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment from warehouse to store shelves using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg).
• Provide friendly, proactive customer assistance and answer questions.
• Build knowledge of products and promotions to make recommendations.
• Check freshness and dates on produce and groceries.
• Support across the store and assist with deliveries when needed.
