Job summary

Sainsbury’s is hiring a Trading/Store Colleague to support daily store operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will replenish stock, assist customers with questions and provide informed product recommendations, helping with deliveries when needed.

The role requires a proactive, flexible team player who maintains store presentation and quality. Training, discounts, and benefits are provided as part of joining our stores.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new digital tools and processes.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish items across the store.
• Always ready to serve customers brilliantly, supporting with questions and offering help.
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
• Date check fresh produce and grocery products.
• Help across the store and support with deliveries as required.
