Iceland Foods Ltd is hiring a Shift Manager in Reading to support the management team and deliver consistent store results. You will be recruited as a Retail Assistant and earn a £2 supplement for every hour you shift manage the store.

This role focuses on maximizing availability, delivering great customer service, and leading the team on shift with a hands-on approach while upholding cash handling and security procedures. Progression opportunities exist within a supportive environment.
