Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, at the Wadsley Bridge Argos Store in Sheffield, is seeking an experienced Argos Shift Manager. You will organise, run and plan a fast-paced operation, coach colleagues on the shop floor and lead the full store operation in the absence of the Store Manager.

You’ll focus on delivering brilliant customer experiences, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring safety and compliance across store activities, while inspiring your team to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Experience organising and running a fast-paced store operation.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues on the shop floor.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer service mindset.
