Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to keep the store running smoothly, lead the team, and deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced setting. You’ll motivate colleagues, manage shop-floor operations and cover shifts in the Store Manager's absence.

You'll earn a competitive hourly rate (£15.45-£15.95), with extra £2.00/hr for bank holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts, plus a benefits package supporting well-being and life outside Lidl.

Responsibilities
