Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervision preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Store Manager.
• Recruit, train, and appraise team members to maintain high performance.
• Make full use of Google Workspace tools and our bespoke MEPOS systems.
• Strive to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
• Motivate and manage your team to achieve sales and operational efficiency.
• Oversee stock control, inventory management and ordering decisions.
• Analyse sales data, forecast performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Use MEPOS/AIO systems for data analysis, reporting, and planning.
• Handle staffing matters such as interviews and appraisals.
