• Partner with Store Manager to deliver the P&C strategy in-store.
• Act as trusted advisor to retail management and in-store People & Culture teams.
• Coach and develop retail management to drive high performance and engagement.
• Govern policies, processes and compliance in store and ensure regulatory adherence.
