Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring an Assistant Manager in Greater London to drive sales, oversee daily store operations, and lead a motivated team.

You will manage opening/closing routines, staffing, payroll, and training while delivering best-in-class customer service and on-brand visual standards. You will leverage product knowledge and fashion trends to boost performance, supervise the stockroom, and ensure inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English and strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom with excellent service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill omni-channel orders.
