Job Title: Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our retail team by example, inspiring colleagues to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
2. Maintaining accuracy of company documentation
3. Reconciliation and banking of all store revenues
4. Conducting trading standards compliance checks
5. Producing Point Of Sale and price indicators
6. Booking incoming and outgoing stock
7. Processing damaged stock (demics)
8. Issuing and inputting stock inventory counts
9. Issuing and inputting inter-store transfers
10. Ensuring store compliance with company deadlines
11. Processing customer orders
12. Conducting new starter inductions and reference checks
13. Managing payroll procedures
14. Adhering to cash office procedures
