Over the past 30 years, we have successfully developed the careers of hundreds of residential surveyors. We are now seeking an Area Operations Manager to join our North Operations Management team. The successful candidate will lead regional resources, building a team to meet productivity, quality, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing, developing, coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team of operational surveyors and graduate trainees to meet business objectives.
2. Promoting and creating a high-performance culture within the region.
3. Ensuring compliance and quality standards are adhered to, to deliver service excellence and mitigate risks.
4. Promoting risk management.
5. Applying regional knowledge and expertise to support business objectives.
6. Encouraging working practices within established protocols.
7. Contributing to the operational strategy by supporting the Regional Operations Director in delivering targets.
8. Collaborating with Learning and Development and HR teams to ensure team competencies and behaviors are demonstrated.
9. Adhering to the highest standards of Health and Safety, especially for a remote workforce.
10. Supporting surveyors to deliver high-quality service, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
