Role Overview

To be successful in this role, you will be a dedicated and experienced Store Operations Manager. You will lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
2. Maintain accuracy of company documentation
3. Reconcile and bank all store revenues
4. Conduct trading standards compliance checks
5. Produce point of sale and price indicators
6. Manage booking of incoming and outgoing stock
7. Process damaged stock (demics)
8. Issue and input stock inventory counts
9. Handle issuing and inputting of inter-store transfers
10. Ensure store compliance with company deadlines
11. Process customer orders
12. Conduct new starter inductions
13. Perform new starter reference checks
14. Manage payroll procedures
15. Adhere to cash office procedures
