Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead by example and inspire our retail team to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  2. Maintaining accuracy of company documentation
  3. Reconciliation and banking of all store revenues
  4. Conducting Trading Standards compliance checks
  5. Producing Point Of Sale/price indicators
  6. Booking incoming and outgoing stock
  7. Processing damaged stock (demics)
  8. Issuing and recording stock inventory counts
  9. Managing inter-store transfers
  10. Ensuring store compliance with company deadlines
  11. Processing customer orders
  12. Conducting new starter inductions
  13. Performing reference checks for new starters
  14. Managing payroll procedures
  15. Adhering to cash office procedures
