Job summary

Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a store leader to drive customer service and strong operational performance across the shopfloor, yard, checkouts and Goods-In. You will manage the full stock lifecycle from receipt to replenishment and sale, uphold standards, and coach the team to deliver consistently high results.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading retail teams and delivering customer service excellence.
• Strong understanding of stock control, merchandising and pricing.
• Ability to manage branch operations to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team to deliver customer service and performance.
• Oversee day-to-day shopfloor, yard, checkouts and Goods-In.
• Manage full stock lifecycle from receipt to replenishment and sale.
• Maintain stock availability, integrity, and reduce losses.
• Ensure high shopfloor standards and promotional changes.
• Drive sales and profitability through operational standards.
• Coach colleagues to build capability and ownership.
• Support branch management and act as senior on duty when needed.
• Ensure branch safety, compliance, and welcoming environment.
