Job summary

INDITEX in Manchester seeks a Deputy Store Manager to support the General Manager in running the store and driving sales in line with company objectives. You will supervise all store activities and coordinate staff, working closely with the Ops Manager, Product Managers and CX Manager to ensure standards and efficient operations.

You will help oversee stock, stockroom, cash desk, and frontline team, ensuring security, cleanliness and excellent customer service across all departments.

• Assist and support the General Manager to drive sales and meet KPIs.
• Coordinate staff activities and supervise store operations.
• Communicate effectively with Ops Manager, Product Managers and CX Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store operations to meet KPIs, supporting the GM.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Ops Manager and CX Manager on store initiatives.
• Manage store organisation across floor, cash desk, stockroom and back-office tasks.
• Ensure product flow, replenishment and RFID-related processes are followed.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and stock levels per guidelines.
• Oversee training of devices and IT tools used in-store.
• Ensure proper security procedures and loss-prevention measures.
• Support online operations and maximise online package handling.
• Lead and participate in store projects and staff training as needed.
