Job summary

Bershka, part of Inditex, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the store's operational engine in a fast-moving fashion environment in the UK. You will oversee deliveries, stock control, payroll, rosters and productivity, working closely with the General Manager.

This hands-on leadership role requires resilience, strong organisation, decision-making under pressure and a focus on cost control, customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Retail operations management experience is required.
• Experience in a high-volume fashion store environment is desirable.
• Strong organisational and analytical capabilities are important.
• Comfort with payroll, rotas and budgets.

About the role

Bershka is bold, fast and product driven. As Operations Manager, you will lead the operational engine of the store — ensuring deliveries, stock control, payroll, schedules and productivity run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, control costs and build a strong, engaged operations team.

You must be comfortable making decisions, analysing performance and leading under pressure.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading deliveries, replenishment and stock control processes

• Managing rotas, payroll and hours budgets

• Monitoring productivity and operational KPIs

• Supporting employee relations processes in line with company policy

• Developing and coaching the operations team

• Maintaining high standards in health, safety and sustainability

• Supporting excellent customer service through operational efficiency
