Job summary

Bershka in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the store’s operational engine, ensuring deliveries, stock control, payroll, schedules and productivity run smoothly in a high-volume environment.

You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, control costs and build a strong, engaged operations team, making confident decisions under pressure and delivering excellent customer service through efficient operations.

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, control costs and build a strong, engaged operations team.

You must be comfortable making decisions, analysing performance and leading under pressure.
