Job summary

New Look is seeking a Store Manager in Staines-upon-Thames to lead a fashion-forward team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for coaching a team, achieving KPIs, and delivering strong store performance in a busy high street environment.

You will cultivate a customer-obsessed culture, ensuring every shopper can express their individuality through our collection. The role offers opportunities to influence store operations, people development and commercial outcomes

• Previous store/deputy management experience.
• Track record of leading and managing a team.

• History of delivering and exceeding KPI’s and key objectives.

• Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently.

As our Staines Store Manager you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed.

In your high street store, you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results…whilst having fun along the way!

You will be fully accountable for your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales – so that we are playing to win!

ABOUT YOU:
