Job summary

New Look in Solihull is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a team and drive excellent customer service and store performance. You will manage stock, plan visual merchandising, and work with the Territory Leader to deliver strong KPIs and sales while fostering a fun, customer-obsessed store atmosphere.

You will be a proven leader with a track record of achieving targets, delivering great service, and acting as a brand ambassador for New Look.

Qualifications

• Previous store/deputy management experience
• Track record of delivering and exceeding KPI’s
• Identify yourself as a New Look brand adorer
• History of delivering and exceeding KPI’s and key objectives
• Commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently.

In your high street store, you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results…whilst having fun along the way!

You will be fully accountable for your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales – so that we are playing to win!

ABOUT YOU:
