Qualifications

• Minimum of four years’ experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a clear telephone manner.
• Ability to motivate and drive a team effectively.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and documentation.
