Job summary

New Look in Scunthorpe is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and drive performance in a fast-paced fashion environment. You will inspire colleagues to deliver exceptional service, maximise sales and maintain stock accuracy.

You'll work closely with your Territory Leader to implement brand standards, manage KPIs, and create a customer-obsessed shopping journey that helps customers express their individuality through fashion.

Qualifications

• Previous store or deputy management experience.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team.
• Identify yourself as a New Look brand admirer.
• History of delivering and exceeding KPIs and objectives.
• Commercial acumen with a customer focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation for stock control and replenishment.

As our Scunthorpe Store Manager you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed.

In your high street store, you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results…whilst having fun along the way!

You will be fully accountable for your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales – so that we are playing to win!

ABOUT YOU:

• You have previous store/deputy management experience
• You have a track record of effectively leading and managing a team
• You identify yourself as a New Look brand adorer
• You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPI’s and key objectives
• Commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently.
