Treetops Hospice Trust is recruiting a Store Assistant Manager for our Southwest Notts and Derby conurbation stores. The role focuses on generating income for the hospice and leading a team including volunteers.

You will need excellent customer service and communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to lift, carry and sort donations. Retail management experience is essential, and a full driving licence is desirable.

£26,378.04 per annum OR 30 hours £21,387 per annum

Treetops Hospice provides nursing and therapeutic care alongside emotional support for anyone affected by a life-limiting illness in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

Treetops Hospice is currently recruiting a store manager for our new stores in southwest Notts and Derby Conurbation.

The main purpose of the role is to generate income for the hospice and lead a team, including volunteers.

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, flexibility, and ability to lift, carry and sort donations within the shop. Retail experience to management level is essential and a full driving licence is desirable.

The successful candidate will have existing Retail experience, ideally, Charity Retail experience
