Pandora in Preston is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, profitability and store operations. You’ll lead by example, foster an inclusive team culture, and bring Pandora's values to life while delivering outstanding retail experiences.

You’ll own commercial results, manage schedules, merchandising, stock, and health & safety, while coaching a high-performing team to achieve KPIs and exceptional customer service across in-store and omnichannel channels.
