Select Technology Group, an Apple Premium Reseller, is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for our Chelmsford store. You will lead a high-performing team, uphold Apple standards, and drive daily operations to deliver outstanding customer service.

With at least 5 years in retail management, you will develop sales strategies, manage budgets, and inspire staff to achieve targets while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years retail management experience.
• Strong organisational and people-management skills.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Influence across the organisation and model credibility.
• Communicate retail strategy to store team.
• Drive store revenue to meet or exceed budget.
• Lead and coach the store management team.
• Deliver engaging customer experiences in-store.
• Provide feedback to Retail Director on development.
• Coordinate with marketing to meet sales budgets.
• Lead innovation and retail theatre concepts.
• Ensure weekly schedules for engagement activities.
• Be first point of customer escalation.
