Northgate Vehicle Hire Careers is seeking a Store Manager for an AGA store in Oundle. You will lead a premium retail team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial performance through service, events and demonstrations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong store operations capability and a passion for maintaining high visual standards, with rota flexibility including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in premium or luxury retail or experiential environments.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver outstanding service and achieve goals.
• Drive store performance: sales, lead conversion, customer satisfaction and KPIs.
• Ensure personalised, premium customer experience from first visit to purchase.
• Bring the brand to life through product demonstrations, events and in-store experiences.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising and displays.
• Manage day-to-day operations: rotas, cash handling, stock, deliveries and escalations.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and other operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service for a seamless journey.
