• Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards and optimal stock availability.
• Complying with reasonable instructions from senior retail team members.
• Developing, reviewing and appraising your team based on KPIs and managing underperformance.
• Ensuring brand integrity through behaviours and uniform standards.
• Controlling payroll and store expenditures to stay within budget.
• Training and inducting your team to deliver excellent customer service.
