Costa Coffee by Sim Trava in Prestwich is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Costa Coffee store. You will own stock, standards, team, labour and customers, driving sales growth while maintaining brand standards and a safe, welcoming environment.

You’ll recruit, coach and develop your team, manage KPI reporting, and ensure health and safety. The successful candidate will have previous management experience in fast-paced settings and a passion for coffee and people, with a focus on delivering
