Costa Coffee by Sim Trava in Handforth is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. You’ll own stock, labour, health and safety, and coach your team to deliver great customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of all controllable costs through effective management of stock, labour, cash, and training. Making sure to celebrate success along the way.
• Inspiring your team to feel valued and get involved in making the store the best it can be.
• Manage the store KPI report, Costa Check and Listen and Learn then look for trends and opportunities to grow your business.
• Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
• Owning the health and safety within the store.
