Job summary

Costa Coffee Morpeth is seeking a Store Manager for Bridge Street. The role offers up to £36,500 per year in a permanent, on-site position. You will lead store operations, drive sales, and champion Costa’s service standards to boost customer satisfaction and community presence.

As a strong leader, you will train and empower your team, manage performance, and work to grow the business while upholding Costa’s values and brand standards.
