Job summary

Costa Coffee in Arbroath is hiring a Store Manager to lead the drive-thru store and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will own store performance, mentor your team, and drive sales while maintaining Costa standards.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary up to £40,000 per year and a rewards package including a pension match, share scheme, and a bonus potential depending on store results.
