Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Store Manager or similar role (Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager).
• Proven track record of delivering sales targets and improving retail performance.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial results.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
