Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Store Manager in Skipton to lead a retail team, drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role offers a competitive salary up to £31,000 plus bonus potential and opportunities for career progression.

You'll manage day-to-day store operations, coach staff, and ensure strong performance against KPIs while delivering excellent customer service and engaging visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Branch Manager or Retail Manager.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team
• Driving sales, managing KPIs and delivering commercial targets
• Coaching colleagues to improve customer service and maximise sales opportunities
• Managing stock control, deliveries, replenishment and availability
• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation

• Analysing sales results and implementing action plans to improve performance
