Responsibilities

• Motivating, supporting, and developing a strong, engaged team.
• Deliver a high level of personalised customer service while reflecting brand standards.
• Drive the team towards sales, KPI, and profitability goals, identifying opportunities to improve performance.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards in visual merchandising and daily operations.
• Oversee stock control, staff scheduling, health and safety, and adherence to policies.
• Be an ambassador for the brand and customer experience at all times.
