Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Store Manager in Skipton for a lifestyle retailer. The role offers a salary up to £31,000 plus bonus potential (OTE £35,000+). You will lead a team, drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, coach staff, monitor KPIs and ensure excellent visual merchandising while delivering first-class service. Career progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• We are seeking retail professionals with drive, confidence and commercial awareness.
• Experience as Store Manager or similar role is ideal.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and improving performance.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial results.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
