Job summary

Morrisons in Bristol is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store with an entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on customer experience, team development and local community partnerships. You will drive commercial performance, recruit and develop colleagues, and shape an inclusive culture that delivers great service.

Hours will vary, including early mornings and weekends, with flexibility. This role reports to the Area Manager and offers a strong development pathway through Morrisons leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments such as retail, convenience or hospitality.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire a team to deliver great customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; inclusive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver the best customer experience in line with the Morrisons brand.
• Drive commercial performance and continuously seek ways to improve the offer.
• Manage recruitment, induction, training and development, building an inclusive culture.
• Build and maintain relationships with the local community and store stakeholders.
