Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store with an entrepreneurial spirit and a clear focus on customers, colleagues and local communities. You will report to the Area Manager and drive commercial performance while building an inclusive, high-performing team.

Your hours will reflect customer needs and business demands, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. You may also undergo a P250 check for certain post office services in-store.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments such as retail, convenience or hospitality.
• Able to spot and develop talent and coach teams to deliver great customer service.
• Strong influencing, listening and communication skills to inspire a team.

• Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experience in line with Morrisons brand.
• Drive store performance and commercial results as if running your own business.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training and development, fostering an inclusive culture.
