Job summary

Morrisons Bradford is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a large team and own day-to-day store operations. You will coach colleagues on the shop floor, uphold high standards, and drive commercial performance while ensuring a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

You will report to the Regional Manager and manage up to 350 colleagues, with a focus on delivering competitive core supermarket offerings and strong store performance across Market Street.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a large, fast-paced team within food retail.
• Leads through coaching, feedback, and trust-building across the store.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and Market Street.

Responsibilities
