Co-op is seeking a Store Manager for Knaphill, Inkerman Parade, to lead a busy team and deliver excellent customer service. You will own store performance, drive sales, manage operations and foster a positive, inclusive culture that supports colleagues and local communities.

In this full-time role, you’ll recruit and develop talent, utilise commercial insights to improve results, ensure safety and compliance, and embody Co-op values in everyday decisions.
