Job summary

The Co-operative Food in Bagshot is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will focus on delivering an excellent customer experience, coaching staff, and applying commercial insights to boost sales and service quality.

Location: The Co-operative Food, 1 - 4 The Square, Bagshot, GU19 5AX
Salary: £34,840 - £38,480
Contract: Permanent

Take the lead in your own Co-op store as a Store Manager, with full responsibility for making a difference in your community. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary and a brilliant benefits package.
